Subramania's Story
Subramania Krishnakumar's workday begins with a review of the previous day's performance and conversations with department managers on upcoming challenges. This is followed by strategy sessions with managers to determine work assignments and continuously work on improvements. Another important part of Subramania Krishnakumar's workday is sharing information within the organization, as well as the coordination with the Executive Board of Siltronic AG in Germany.
His way at Siltronic
Subramania Krishnakumar joined Siltronic as Director of Process Technology for Fab 1 (SD) in 2004. Nine months later, he took over the management of Fab 1. Until the end of 2020, he was Senior Vice President for Operations, Supply Chain and IT at Siltronic in Portland. Since the beginning of 2021, he leads the Siltronic site in Portland as President.

His free time
Subramania Krishnakumar and his family have made Portland their home for 30 years. His two children were born and raised there. In his free time, he likes to walk in the Rose Garden and enjoy its haven of colors, beauty and tranquility.
