Targets keep us going
We see sustainability as a process of continuous improvement. Targets help us to fulfill this aspiration.
We have defined non-financial performance indicators for our material sustainability topics and linked them to short, medium and long-term targets.
The time horizon for medium-term targets is 2030, while we have set ourselves long-term targets up to 2045 for the particularly pressing issue of climate protection. Our targets are realistic and ambitious at the same time. If we do not achieve our targets, this is an incentive for us to increase our efforts even further - appropriate measures are derived in these cases.
