Environmental and social aspects are anchored in Siltronic's organization and processes in the same way as other important topics. The Corporate Responsibility department is located under the Executive Board, which coordinates the sustainability strategy with the responsible Executive Board member and coordinates it across the Group. The Purchasing department, the Human Resources department, the Legal department including Compliance, Quality Management, the Human Rights Officer and the managers of the production sites are involved in the implementation of the sustainability strategy. The Management Board and Supervisory Board are regularly informed of the current status.
