Remuneration and additional benefits

In order to attract new competent employees and retain existing ones, both of whom we need for a successful future, we offer competitive remuneration and additional benefits.

Remuneration

In addition to their fixed basic salary, Siltronic employees in Germany receive variable remuneration if the company achieves defined financial targets. This voluntary benefit is available to both tariff and non-tariff employees. There are also variable remuneration components abroad.

In line with our commitment to diversity, we advocate equal pay. Accordingly, we reject any unequal treatment based on gender or age, as well as race, ethnic origin, religion, ideology, disability or sexual orientation.

Additional benefits

In addition to the fixed salary and variable remuneration, remuneration includes various company benefits that go beyond the statutory minimum requirements. The benefits are granted regardless of whether an employee works full-time or part-time.

Additional company benefits vary depending on the location and include, for example, company pension schemes, health insurance, partial retirement programs, bus and canteen subsidies, anniversary bonuses or healthcare programs.

Temporary employees

It is important to us to treat temporary workers fairly. We pay at least the wage in accordance with the collective agreement on industry supplements for temporary workers in the chemical industry. In addition, there are workplace, shift and other voluntary bonuses, which can vary depending on the company and location. In addition, Siltronic fulfills the requirements for equivalent pay in accordance with the German Temporary Employment Act.

Supply chain

Our own Code of Conduct as well as the Code of Conduct of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) contain guidelines on the topic of appropriate remuneration. We require our suppliers to comply with these standards both within their own organization and in their supply chain.
