On June 16, 2015, Wacker Chemie AG, Munich, Germany has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1a of the WpHG that  its Voting Rights on
Siltronic AG, München, Germany, have fallen below the 75% threshold of the
Voting Rights on June 15, 2015 and on that day amounted to 57.83% (this
corresponds to 17350000 Voting Rights).
49.50% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 14850000 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following companies under its control, whose
share of the Voting Rights in Siltronic AG amounts to 3 percent or more:
Wacker-Chemie Dritte Venture GmbH.
