On August 20, 2015, Baupost Value Partners, L.P.-IV, Wilmington, Delaware,
United States has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Siltronic AG, München, Germany,
have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 14, 2015 and
on that day amounted to 3.10% (this corresponds to 931260 Voting Rights).
3.10% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 931260 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 2 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Of the
following shareholders, whose share of voting rights of Siltronic AG 
amounts to 3 % or more, the Company will be attributed to : Baupost Group
Securities, L.L.C..
