Quality, as we understand it, is all embracing and above all customer-oriented. The customers' expectations constitute the guidelines for our quality policy. Our entire management system centers around regulated and documented processes, which are monitored by measurable, relevant indicators. We additionally achieve all prospects on quality of business processes thus regarding their impact on enviroment, health and safety.
We meet the most demanding international standards.
Our management system meets the demands of several international norms and standards: ISO TS 16949:2002 for quality management, ISO 14001:2004 for environmental management and OHSAS 18001 for job safety. Moreover, we take for granted to meet up laws and expectations at all our international sites. The certificates, issued by independent bodies, impressively demonstrate that excellence and efficiency - and therewith quality capability - are in accord with most demanding international standards.
We welcome constructive criticism from our customers.
We have been conducting an annual Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) since 1993. The results of this survey are the starting point for a continuous improvement process, as already deposited as a principle of our integrated management system. The key to the permanent progression of our quality capability is due to constant interaction between continuous improvement followed by our customers' confirmation.
