This is a forward auction i. e. bidding is done in fixed incremental bid units (e. g. 0.50 USD)

Registered bidder must submit at least 1 bid to be able to view the entire proceedings of a particular Siltronic product during the e-auction.

In the event of equal highest bids received, the bidder who submitted the highest bid first will be awarded the product in question at the close of the auction. All bids are time-stamped.

In the event of a winning bid subsequently invalidated for whatever reasons (e. g. failure on the bidder's part to follow through with the sale), Siltronic reserves the right to any of the following remedies:

• offer the specific Siltronic product in question to the next highest ranking bidder (only),
  or
• re-offer it in future e-auctions,
  or
• totally withdraw it from this or any future auctions.

Siltronic reserves the right to bar bidders from participating in the current and / or future e-auctions if the bidder

• fails to complete the required order fulfillment following an award.
• caused the premature termination of an e-auction, e. g. through the submission of an invalid bid.

Siltronic reserves the right to pursue legal action to seek redress in the above mentioned situations.

Siltronic reserves the right to set a minimum reserve price for any or all of the Siltronic products offered.

All bids submitted are binding.

Bids may be set in USD or EUR, as Siltronic deems appropriate.
