The Siltronic e-auction is strictly a transaction between Siltronic and the bidders invited to participate. All sales on the eAuctionhouse are conducted on behalf of and invoiced by Siltronic.

Siltronic products are offered on a “As Is” basis.

Shipping terms are ex-works collection by the winning bidder(s)

Siltronic products offered are deemed to be within +/- 3 % of specified quantity

No inspection and/or measurement of product offered

Other than those stated, no further specifications will be available

100 % T/T payment in advance

A storage fee of 10 % per month (or parts thereof) will be levied on the sale price, if the Siltronic products are not collected within 30 days of the award.

All transactions are subject to the respective General Conditions of Sales (GCS) as follows:

• GCS for all products originating from Siltronic AG, its subsidiaries and Siltronic Samsung Wafer Pte. Ltd.
• GCS for all products originating from Wacker Schott Solar Vertriebs GmbH
