Holidays
The company provides employees with 10 paid holidays during the year, one of which is an optional personal day.
Vacation
After six months of employment, employees are eligible to take vacation. Based on 0-48 months of service, annual accrual equals 120 hours per year. 49 to 108 months of service equals annual increase to 160 hours. 109 + months of service equals annual increase to 200 hours. If 80 hours are taken in calendar year, annual cash out is available for hours in excess of annual accrual.
Sick Leave
Non-exempt employees, after two months of continuous employment, accrue sick leave at the rate of five hours per month, 60 hours per year. An annual cash out of unused sick leave is available for hours in excess of 80.
Exempt employees, after 30 days of employment, are eligible to use salary continuance (100 % pay) up to 480 hours to use for personal non-work related illness or injury or care of a newborn child under federal / state leave laws.
