Recognition is given to individuals who go beyond their regular job duties to improve quality and provide outstanding continuous improvement. Various levels of the recognition may include mementos, gift certificates to restaurants or resorts, or cash awards.

Employees who achieve significant milestones in continuous service with the company receive framed certificates, a choice of company jewelry, or a gift selection from an awards pamphlet. The company also hosts an annual awards banquet to honor employees who complete increments of five years of service.

Dependent upon business profit, the company may award Success Sharing. Employees are eligible to participate if they are employed on the first day of the success s-sharing period. (January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1) Awards occur quarterly and are cash payouts based on a formula of profit before taxes from operations and quality measures. Potential maximum quarterly award could be be up to 20 % of salary.
