After earning his bachelor's degree in economics from Santa Clara University in 1988, Paul Lindblad started his career at Wacker Siltronic Corporation in the San Jose sales office. In 1992 Paul Lindblad completed his MBA degree at Santa Clara University. He held a variety of sales functions through 1996. Paul Lindblad joined Wacker-Chemie GmbH in 1996, as Managing Director of Wacker Chemicals South Asia in Singapore. From 1999 to 2003 he led the former Business Division WACKER CERAMICS in Kempten, Germany. In 2003 he re-joined Siltronic as President of Siltronic Singapore Pte. Ltd.; responsible for both Siltronic’s 200 mm Wafer fabrication plant as well as the business in Asia. Paul Lindblad was appointed as a member of the Board at Siltronic AG with responsibility for Sales, Marketing and Applications Support in November 2004.
