Development

Working hours
The fab operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Employees’ working hours are determined by their job assignments and work areas.
There are currently two shift patterns. The office shift works a 5-day week from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. We allow, to some extent, some sort of flexible working hours for office shift personnel, as long as they are present during the core hours of the day, and the number of working hours a day are fulfilled.
The 12-hour shift works a total of 7 working days in two calendar weeks. They work for 12 hours each working day.
